Dear Markus,
Probably some libraries are missing. Probably it’s libg2c0.
On ubuntu I recommend this:
Add the following lines to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20070730T000000Z/ lenny main
deb-src http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20070730T000000Z/ lenny main
deb http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-security/20070730T000000Z/ lenny/updates main
deb-src http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian-security/20070730T000000Z/ lenny/updates mainand install by sudo apt-get install libg2c0_3.4…….
Tell me if it helped.

Michal JablonskiBlockedDear Carlee,
did it work?
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedDear,
Could you provide me more details? Which version of jMRUI, which operating system.
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedThank you so much for your suggestions.
jMRUI dev team.
Michal JablonskiBlockedDear Carlee,
Please verify that your signal is the same length as the basis set.
If the error persists, we will arrange some help for you.
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedDear Yue,
This really depends on your data. If your water peak is not contaminated/destroyed 5 components should be enough (this says my experience)
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedDear Hu Cheng
What you mean by offline processing? Batch processing?
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedYes, it is possible.
Load two spectra at once and add them by “Preprocessing/Math/Sum selected”
Load the first file and click on “Preprocessing/Math/Sum” and select the second spectrum.Best regards
MJ

Michal JablonskiBlockedDear,
In QUEST results you will find CRLB in the results table, “sd. amp”.
MJ
Michal JablonskiBlockedDear Gasper,
Small amplitudes are perfectly fine – QUEST just does not know what is the reference level.
In order to bring your amplitudes to the correct level please use in results mode “Options/Relative amplitudes” functions. You could fix the amp by any known metabolite (e.g. Cr should be 5.2) or user water reference from an external file (unsuppressed water signal).
Select the option that suits you the best.Best regards
