jMRUI v. 5.0 - Human brain MRSI quantitation
Quantitation of human brain MRSI with QUEST. The spectra were acquired at 1.5 T with TE of 150 ms. Due to the long TE, this data set contains only a few peaks, which were fitted in time-domain with QUEST using a simulated basis set with 3 metabolites: N-acetylaspartate, creatine and choline.
