Water peak remover

Hi,

I would like to remove water peak from my SVS data using HL SVD, my question is:

What is an ideal number to define the ‘Number of Components’ in the SVD filter widget?

Dear Yue,

This really depends on your data. If your water peak is not contaminated/destroyed 5 components should be enough (this says my experience)

Thanks for replying.

I noticed there is an option to remove the water peak by: batch –Select the macro file; to specify the extent in the spectrum for water removal, is there a place I can download such a “WaterPeak.batch” file?
