I am having problems opening 31P spectra acquired on Siemens Magnetom Prisma running the syngo D13D. When I try to load the files using “Siemens Dicom Import” option on jMRUI v5.2 or the earlier versions I get the following error message:
“Error loading File: String index out of range: -1”

All dicom files from Magnetom Trio open with no error in jMRUI.

Does anyone have idea why this error message occurs and of a possible fix?

    Thanks.

Try to select “Open” in the “File” menu and then choose your file. Please, post a message whether you succeeded. Thanks.

    Thanks Jana.

Unfortunately using the “open” option does not work. It says “unable to read (those) files”.

    I’m jMRUI developer.

Could I ask you to send me an example of data that produces that kind of problem?

    Dear users,

A new plugin for PRISMA was developed and soon will be added to jMRUI. The plugin works with 1H and 31P data.

Thank you for helping us 🙂

    Hello!
I would like to ask when is the plugin for Prisma estimated to be available?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I’m trying to run a 1D/time series analysis and I can’t load either .dat or .IMA files acquired with a Siemens Prisma, which I suspect is – at least partially – becuase I need this plugin for JMRUI to read the files, so I would also be quite interested in knowing when this plugin will be released. Alternatively, is there any other way of converting these files into a format which can be read?

    Cheers,

    Reuben
