    Hi All,

We acquired some 31P 3D CSI data on Siemens Trio, based on some reference images. The grids of the CSI data were tilted in some extent relative to the reference images.

After successfully importing the CSI data with the reference images to jMRUI v5.2, we found that the grids of the CSI data were not tilted anymore when shown in the jMRUI v5.2 MRSI&Anatomical Image. So a certain voxel selected in jMRUI v5.2 will not represent the one in the same anatomical position as shown in Siemens Syngo Spectroscopy.

The other thing is that there are 4096 spectra  shown in jMRUI, however the 4096 spectra are identical, i.e.  they are all from the same voxel, not from the 4096 voxels respectively.

Does anyone know the reason and how to solve this matter?

    Thank you.

    Best,
    Limiao
