Dear jMRUI team,
I noticed that the ref frequency of the spectrum loaded from Siemens rda file is set to 0 for the water peak. This creates a problem in quest because the simulated basis assumes water at 4.7 ppm. I can use the right mouse click to reset the zero reference, but it’s hard to choose the accurate number of 4.7 ppm with the mouse. I can use frequency shift in preprocessing to shift the spectrum, I just wonder if there is any other way to do it.
