    Dear jMRUI community,

I was trying to simulate MEGA-PRESS spectra with NMRScope-B.

I set the Observed Offset to 3.0 ppm. I would then expect the water suppression PPM to be set to 1.7, to yield total offset for the water suppression pulses of 4.7 ppm.

However with this setting no water suppression occurs, I tested it on a simulation with water as the only metabolite.

I experimented a bit and found out that water suppression occurs when I set the WSppm to -1.7 ppm.

Is this a bug or the expected behaviour? I’m still quite new to spectroscopy, so it’s possible I misunderstood something.

Anyway, many thanks for any suggestions.

    Best regards
