    Hi jMRUI community,

    I have Philips 2D CSI PRESS dicom files which i have tried to upload them to the jMRUI, but not successfully. First of all, i was not able to tell water reference files from MRSI files. Does anyone know if there is a dicom tag that can tell them apart. Anyhow, jMRUI was not happy with the dicom format and was not able to read any of them.

    I then read the dicom files using matlab scripts and saved the complex FID in ASCII text file in the size of [1024 32 10], where 1024 is sampling points there are 320 dicom files and the VOI is 16×10 (both water reference and CSI files so it makes up 32×10), something like

    JMRUI is still not happy with ASCII format, any suggestions?

    Hi Everyone,

    I am having a similar problem to Ping-Hong Yeh. I exported spectra from TopSpin in the ASCII format, but jMRUI has trouble uploading these files.
