Hi, I’m relatively new to analyzing MR spectra. I have some sample 31P spectra from a coil I developed for our university’s Bruker 7T. I’ve been trying to upload the SER file (jMRUI 1D -> Open As -> Bruker SER), but the file would not load into the program and just was stuck loading. We tried a colleagues 1H Bruker Data that she has opened using Tarquin before and it did the same thing. I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this problem or has a solution?
At Purdue there isn’t much of a support system for jMRUI users yet.
