Hi I am running QUEST in batch mode and get my results fine (fid.batch.results). However, I would like to be able to issue a command (batch mode) that can display those results after QUEST is done. One way could be by automatically saving the “results” file in “html” format using the same script and then opening that file in an internet browser. Another way could be by just opening the “results” file (fid.batch.results) on jMRUI. So my questions are:

    1) Is there a command I can issue to automatically save the fid.batch.results file to html format?
    2) Is there a way to call jMRUI to open a results file Looking for something of the sort: jmrui.bat -d fid.batch.results \

Just want to highlight that I need to do all this from a (batch) script.

    Thanks for your help!

    Mariano
