AMARES won't quantify

Hello could somebody please help with a quantification problem in AMARES
Here is what we do :
– open a GE MRS file displays 3 spectra : (i) noise, (ii) water and (iii) spectra with 2-3 peaks after water suppression
– run peak remover by HSVLD on (iii)
then we run AMARES without prior knowledge and indicate the position and width of the 2 peaks on the spectrum
hitting the « quantify » button yields a table with the peaks at their correct ppm but no amplitude or SD !!!
what are we doing wrong ???
