I’ve been using Amares to analyze some liver MRS data (with fairly variable S/N and water suppression). I’m specifically interested in the choline peak at 3.2 ppm, but I can get different results (e.g., 50%) depending on whether I remove the water peak and whether I include nearby peaks (2.8, 3.8 ppm) in the basis set. What is the best way for me to determine which analysis protocol is “correct?”
    Thanks
