I cannot apply AMARES fits to my DICOM data in version 5.2. Using the same external call as in version 5.1, where everything works fine, results in:

    Exception in thread "Thread-2" java.lang.NullPointerException
            at mrui.utils.ResultsNew3.saveResults(Unknown Source)
            at mrui.utils.ResultsNew3.saveResultsAs(Unknown Source)
            at mrui.MruiImpl.saveResultsAs(Unknown Source)
            at mrui.history.Batch.run(Unknown Source)
            at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

When I use the GUI, I can load the data correctly and when I apply ‘Default Quantitation’, the standard parameters are loaded but the fit does not start either. The fit window appears only to show ‘Cancel’ and disappears again.

    Dear Michal,

thank you, everything works fine with the linked file. The fits for both versions provide the same results (except for the sign in the linewidth).

Is there a way to get notified about such updates? I’m just confused because the latest jMRUI version is pretty new but this AMARES version obviously is newer if it is not included.

    Best regards,
    Bernhard
