    Dear jMRUI community,

I would like to ask about the MEGA-PRESS protocols (megapress_voi_1pws_init and megapress_2edit_voi_1pws_GABA_3T) in NMRScope-B.

When I set the Observed Offset to say 3.0 ppm, then the editing frequencies have to be set to (desired value – observed offset). Is that correct?

And I would also like to ask if the fields Pm1_Frq_ppm and Pm2_Frq_ppm refer to the first editing pulse (the one before the second refocusing pulse) and the second editing pulse (the one after the second refocusing pulse). In other words if they need to be set to the same frequency.

I presume that in the simple MEGA-PRESS protocol (megapress_voi_1pws_init) the editing pulses are single-banded. There is also the other protocol for MEGA-PRESS (megapress_2edit_voi_1pws_GABA_3T). Does this protocol have double-banded editing pulses?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Best regards
